When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped the day you order it if placed by 12pm EST Monday - Friday, otherwise it will ship the next business day. If you have questions about the availability of an item, please call our customer service department at 508-299-3931.
How long will it take to receive my order?
The delivery of your order will determine on your location in relation to our warehouse. Orders shipped via Standard shipping are typically delivered in 3-6 business days. Express Shipping takes 2 business days. Premium Shipping deliveries are delivered in 1 business day. All orders must be placed by 12pm EST Monday - Friday to ship the same day.
Why are some of my items missing or why did I receive multiple packages?
In order to get you your order quicker, we ship from multiple warehouses. If you received your order, but you believe some of the items on your order are missing, please track your order on our web site at http://www.partysuppliesmall.com/Assistance/OrderTracking/ to see if there is another package on route. If you still think some items are missing, please call our customer service department at 508-299-3931.
Can I return or exchange an item?
You sure can! Just call our customer service department at 508-299-3931 for a return authorization number. All claims must be made withing three days of receipt of goods. No returns on orders placed between October 15th and November 15th. Please see our complete return policy for more details.
Can I review your products?
Definitely! We love hear from our customers and encourage you to review products that you've purchased, regardless if you're happy with them or not. Each review is based on a half a star to five star scale. You can read the reviews for any product on its product detail page or at Buzzillions.com!
Who is responsible for shipping costs on returns and exchanges?
All shipping costs on returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. PartySuppliesMall.com will not pay for any return shipping costs or offer refunds based on return shipping costs.

How do I find a specific item?
Seek and ye shall find. No matter how far you burrow into the depths of our site, we've made it easy to find what you're looking for. To search for a specific item, simply enter the item name, SKU, or keywords in to the "Search" field on the upper left-hand section of every page. To browse, use the directory tabs on the top of each page. You may also use the Site Map link located in the bottom section of each page.
Is the information I give you secure?
All orders are encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology on both your end and ours. SSL encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read in its travels over the Internet. In order for SSL to work, you must use an SSL-enabled browser. Please note: Email is not encrypted and is not considered a secure means of transmitting credit card information. How do I place an order?
Click on the product image or product name to view the item details. To add an item to your order, type the quantity you wish to purchase in the "Quantity" box and click the "Add to Cart" button. You will notice a red bar alerting you that the item was successfully placed in your shopping casket. When you are ready to checkout, (1) Click the "Check Out" button located at the bottom of the item detail page. This will begin your checkout. (2) Or, you can click on "Casket" link to view the entire contents of your cart. A "Checkout" button at the bottom of the page will take you to a "Sign In" page. Here you can sign in if you already have an account with us, or you can continue shopping as a guest. You will then complete a series of forms with your billing, shipping and payment information. Upon completion, just click "Place Order" and you're finished. A confirmation page will show a summary of your transaction, which you may choose to print this for your records.
